چکیده
Abstract Glulam-concrete composite floor (GCC) is a hybrid flooring system which adopted from timber-concrete (TCC) concrete by replacing the sawn timber joist to Glulam joist. The topping was poured on with stiffness connectors were installed prevent slip behaviour. engineered that has bigger strength compared swan timber. This study aims identify vibration behaviour of 7.6 m × 4.05 Concrete Composite floor. walking tests performed get excitation person walked horizontal and diagonal one edge another data recorded accelerometer analysis using ARTeMIS software package. first natural frequency obtained both tests, (horizontally diagonally test) 12.9 Hz 12.39 Hz, respectively. frequencies higher 8 as recommended Eurocode 5, acceptable value limitation serviceability system. As conclusion, GCC comfortable be used.

FEM models of composite timber-lightweight concrete floor systems
Paper presents the main principals in designing wood-lightweight concrete composite floor structures using FEM models. All design-related analyses are performed by means of the FEA COSMOS/M program. Paper emphasises some important details in FEM model design (how to choose appropriate finite elements for different types of materials, how to connect concrete slab and timber beams to work togethe...
متن کاملComparisons of tibial accelerations when walking on a wood composite vs. a concrete mezzanine surface.
Mezzanine surfaces can be made from concrete, bar grate, or composite materials. Anecdotal data indicate that mezzanines in distribution centers made from composite materials, due to their increased compliance, may be a more comfortable working surface. Prior research suggested that a measure of tibial shock, peak tibial acceleration, could potentially discriminate the biomechanical differences...
متن کاملEvaluation of floor vibrations induced by walking in reinforced concrete buildings
Floor vibrations induced by human walking were investigated in a reinforced concrete structure. Six experimental floor structures were built in laboratories with the same dimensions and boundary conditions. Subjective tests were performed to assess the vibration serviceability of the floor structures. First, the subjects were asked to walk across a floor and then to rate the intensity of the vi...
متن کاملAnalytical Assessment for Comparisons of Triple-T Precast- Concrete-Timber Composite Floor using Gamma method
Concrete-timber composite floor is a construction technique combining two materials, concrete and timber, connected together using some form of interlayer shear connectors either positioned discretely or continuously along the span of the floor. The interlayer connections provide the desired composite action, where the degree of this composite action is governed by the types of connection syste...
متن کاملNet joint kinetics in the limbs of pigs walking on concrete floor in dry and contaminated conditions.
In pigs (Sus scrofa), joint disorders are frequent leg problems, and inappropriate pigpen floors and slippery floor conditions may contribute to these problems. Therefore, this study first aimed to quantify the net joint kinetics (net joint moments and net joint reaction forces) in the forelimbs and hindlimbs of healthy pigs walking on solid concrete floors. Second, this study aimed to examine ...
